Screamin’ Scott Simon, the dynamic keyboard player for rock and roll revivalists Sha Na Na for more than 50 years, has died. He was 75.
Simon’s daughter Nina, an author,announced his death on Instagramon Sept. 5, paying tribute to her dad and his love for his family.

The plaintiff alleges in the complaint that he attended the party with friends and was given a drink that made him disoriented and lose control of his body. He then blacked out.
Upon regaining consciousness, the man says he found himself in a “dark bedroom with black walls, on a bed with black sheets,” according to the complaint. The plaintiff alleges he then realized Combs “on top of him, sodomizing him.

A federal judge deniedSean “Diddy” Combsbail on Wednesday, Nov. 27.
In their bid to keep him behind bars, prosecutors argued that Combs would potentiallytamper with witnessesif released, alleging that the Bad Boy Records founder had tried to intimidate witnesses from behind bars.
In a court filing, prosecutors claimed that “the defendant’s goal is to blackmail victims and witnesses either into silence or providing testimony helpful to his defense.

The lawsuits are just the latest filed against Combs, whose legal woes began mounting last November, when his exCasandra “Cassie” Venturaaccused him of sexual misconduct in a suit that was quickly settled.
Since then, the mogul has been named in several other lawsuits. His homes in Los Angeles and Florida wereraidedbefore he was eventuallyindictedin Manhattan federal court on Sept. 17.
One of the men and the three women accusing Combs in the most recent lawsuits claim that the mogul drugged them.
