Texan influencer Ashley Grayson is set to serve 10 years in federal prison after attempting to pay someone for the murder of three individuals.
Acting U.S. Attorney for the Tennessee district Reagan Fondren announced that Grayson was found guilty in the murder-for-hire conspiracy case on Monday, Nov. 18.
The press release states that in September 2022, Grayson offered to pay a Memphis-based couple to kill three people, including her ex-boyfriend.

A Texas man who told police his pregnant wife died of an overdose is now facing capital murder charges on allegations he killed her, authorities say.
On Monday, Oct. 7, Houston Police officers responded to a report of suicide at the home of Lee Gilley, 38, and his wife, Christa Bauer Gilley, 38,the Houston Police Department said in a statement.

A Texas man was sentenced to 40 years in prison Friday, Nov. 1, for killing his stepdaughter’s ex-boyfriend who threatened to show a nude photo of her.
Franco, 24, was discovered about 10 p.m. on May 20, 2015, in his truck in a ravine in Liberty City with a bullet wound to his head.
He died at the scene.
A woman inside Franco’s vehicle told police that a blue truck drove past them prior to the shooting, and then stopped on the side of the road, per theLongview News-Journal, citing an arrest warrant.

A Texas man who spent 20 years in prison has allegedly saved two lives in the last two months.
But six years after he was released from prison, Bell found himself saving not just one, but two lives — only six weeks apart.
“It’s been pretty amazing, the randomness of it,” Bell told the station.
First, in August,Bell rescued a drowning swimmer at Lake Waxahachie, PEOPLE previously reported. He was able to get the girl to shore before going back to try and save her 21-year-old friend Lincer Lopez, who did not survive.

A Texas megachurch has removed four church elders from its leadership after the organization hired a law firm to conduct an private investigation into thesexual abuse claims against its founder.
On Saturday, Nov. 2, Gateway Church elder Tra Willbanks announced the elders' removalsduring a service in Southlake, located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Morris has admitted he had “inappropriate sexual behavior" with a “young lady” in the 1980s after a woman named Cindy Clemishire previously alleged to WFAA he abused her from 1982 to 1987.
