Four people have been arrested in the death ofGeneral HospitalactorJohnny Wactor, Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascónannouncedon Monday, Aug. 19.
Robert Barceleau and Sergio Estrada, both 18, were charged with murder amid the investigation into Wactor’s death. Leonel Gutierrez, also 18, and Frank Olano, 22, were also charged with lesser counts. The LAPD’s Central Bureau Homicide Division is conducting the investigation.

In late 2023, friends Laura Ruth and Rebecca Shelly got to thinking about the unique power of flowers. Ruth’s father — whom she helped care for following a hunting accident that left him paralyzed — had recently died, and Shelly had lost her father, and welcomed a daughter, during Covid.
“There were just so many flowers,” Shelly, 32, tells PEOPLE of the tokens of both congratulations and condolence.

“The world lost a special girl 💔,” he wrote alongside photos and videos of himself and Georgia sharing some special moments.
He continued, “Georgia passed away unexpectedly at home in Florida yesterday. Something we were not prepared for. Life has a cruel way of reminding us sometimes, just how quickly it can all be over. We’ll miss you Georgia.”
“We hope you get endless beach walks (runs) and carrots up in heaven,” Pennington finished.
