Turn that frown upside down: There might be moreSmilemovies on the way.
Writer-director Parker Finn already has his gears spinning on what could happen in potential sequels within the horror franchise.
“There’s so many exciting roads thatSmilecould go down,” Finn toldThe Hollywood Reporterat the sequel’s Los Angeles premiere Oct. 14.
“We’ll have to see how audiences react toSmile 2, but I think that’s what’s great aboutSmileis there’s an opportunity to tell all different kinds of diverse stories and sort of place ourselves in different worlds thatSmilethen comes in and invades,” he added.

The show, which follows an American football coach (Sudeikis) who is unexpectedly recruited to lead a struggling English soccer team, AFC Richmond, became a phenomenon with its blend of humor and heart, winning numerous accolades throughout its run, including 11 Emmys and two Golden Globes.
While the comedy was originally intended for three seasons, the show’s creators have hinted that it might not be the end of the fan-favorite series.

Willie Nelsonis adding another record to his 150+ album discography.
On Thursday, Aug. 15, the legendary country star announced his latest album,Last Leaf on the Tree,which will be released on Nov. 1.
The upcoming album will become Nelson’s 76th solo studio album and his 153rd album overall.
But it also marks the first timehis son, Micah, 34, will be producing for Nelson, 91. Micah has previously performed with his father, and joined him on the family-oriented albums:Willie and the Boys(2017) andThe Willie Nelson Family(2021).
