A woman in Washington was arrested after police allegedly found her abusing a cat in an apartment complex.
In astatement shared on social mediaon Thursday, Sept. 12, the Vancouver Police Department said the woman had been detained after she was allegedly seen “strangling a cat.”
Detectives said they were eventually able to locate the woman, and they arrested her on charges of animal cruelty.

In a post shared toReddit, the anonymous 30-year-old woman shares that she gave birth to their first child, a girl, two months ago. She adds that her husband (whom she refers to as “Jake”) was “incredibly supportive during the pregnancy” and promised to “be there every step of the way” in the first few months postpartum.
