The 911 center at the Volusia Sheriff’s Office received a call early in the morning on Saturday, Oct. 19, from a woman pretending to order a pizza while dropping implicit hints that she was in the presence of an attacker, the sheriff’s office said in astatementlast week. Luis Diego Hernandez-Moncayo, 27, was arrested in the field in Pierson, Fla., on several charges including attempted rape, authorities said in the statement.
