A woman was left “embarrassed” over how her mother-in-law acted during her wedding.
In aReddit poston the popular Subreddit r/weddingshaming, a woman recounted a series of events during the rehearsal and wedding day that made her mother-in-law out to be a “monster-in-law.”
The bride admitted there was “a lot of drama” before the big day that she hoped would settle. However, it only got worse.

A bride says she “can’t get over” her sister’s choice not to attend her wedding because it wasn’t held in a church.
In a post onReddit’s “Wedding Drama” forum, the bride wrote that her sister, who is religious, “begged for us to have our wedding in a church, we didn’t — and she refused to come.” Her explanation was that not getting married in a church “was going against everything she is as a person.

In a viral video,bride Lupe Jacquez’s wedding dressand veil can be seen catching on fire during her nuptials to Luis Quijano. Floating candles that lined the aisle, along with paper streamers that were tossed in the air once the newlyweds were married, are thought to be the cause of the flames.

A bridesmaid is telling her story after being “uninvited” to her friend’s wedding.
“I was a part of one of my close friends bridal parties, she’s always struggled financially a little bit and now she’s getting married,” the bridesmaid began.
She added, “She asked if us bridesmaids could pay for the dresses, we said ‘yes.’ Then she asked if we could pay for our own bouquets, I said ‘of course’ to help her out, later to find out that the bouquets were going to be more expensive than the dress at $130 each!

These bridesmaids stopped at nothing to keep their bride happy and cool on her wedding day!
When Breezi Holt, 28, got married to Khaleel Jenkins, 27, in Malibu on Oct. 5, the high temps left her sweating through her dress. Luckily, her team of a dozen bridesmaids, equipped with five handheld fans, saved the day.
“The estimated temperature was around 90 degrees during our ceremony which was HOT,” Holt tells PEOPLE.
