An attorney for 50 Cent (né Curtis Jackson) did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment. The “In da Club” rapper, 49, filed suit against Joy (née Daphne Narvaez), claiming that her “false accusations” had subjected him to “extensive public ridicule, hatred and contempt,” and also alleged her post — which has since been deleted — was a “purposeful attempt” to sully his reputation and keep him from seeing their12-year-old son Sire.
