Brian Jeffrey Raymond, 48, was sentenced in the U.S. District Court on Wednesday, Sept. 18, according to apress releasefrom the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia. He has also been ordered to pay $260,000 restitution to the victims and serve a lifetime of supervised release, while he will also be required to register as a sex offender after his release from prison.
