On September 25, the pop star — who uses she/they pronouns — shared the news while answering fan questions on X, formerly Twitter. The singer, 29, responded to one fan who asked for an update on her health. Earlier this year, she shared that she was diagnosed with a form of lupus, as well as another rare disease two years ago.
