3-Year-Old Girl Attacked by Black Bear as She Slept in Family’s Tent

A 3-year-old girl is recovering after a black bear in Montana attacked her, authorities said.
Madison Findley-Dickson was sleeping inside a tent at a campground south of Red Lodge when the incident occurred at around 10 p.m. local time on Sunday, Aug. 11,according to Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks (FWP) officials.
The location of the incident, Perry’s RV Park and Campground, was evacuated as authorities searched for the bear involved.
