Before deputies arrived that Saturday evening, Michalski allegedly “left the house” with his dog, according to the sheriff’s office.
The three were arrested Monday, Aug. 19, according to their inmate rosters. Michalski’s pit bull was also taken into custody “to be housed as a vicious dog,” per the sheriff’s office.
Williams, Marvin-Brown and Michalski are incarcerated at Ashland County Jail on cash/ surety bonds set between $150,000 and $300,000, per their inmate rosters.
