Ashley Iaconettiis getting honest about the realities of parenthood,

TheBachelor in Paradisestar, 36, shared an adorable photo onher Instagramas she smiled with her two sons,Hayden, 5 weeks, andDawson, 2. In the sweet selfie, Iaconetti can be seen leaning into her newborn son Hayden, who sleeps soundly between his mom and his older brother.

“My little munchkins and my gray hair they caused. 💙🩵,” the proud mom joked in her caption.

Iaconetti shares her two sons with husbandJared Haibon, 35, whom she met while filming for the franchise.

Earlier in August, Iaconetti spoke with PEOPLE abouther first few days postpartumafter giving birth to son Hayden.
