Bill HaderandAli Wongare putting their relationship in the spotlight.

After briefly dating in late 2022, theSaturday Night Livealumnus andBeefactress rekindled their romance in April 2023 as they showed PDA in Los Angeles.

Since then, they have given a handful of glimpses of their relationship, includingpublicly sharing a kiss at the Golden Globesas Wong took home best actress in a limited series forBeef.

The two previously worked together in 2016 as they voiced characters in the animated filmThe Angry Birds Movie.

Before Hader, Wong was married toJustin Hakuta, with whom she shares two daughters. Meanwhile, Hader was most recently linked to actressAnna Kendrick, whom he dated for nearly two years beforethey split in 2022. Hader was also previously married toMaggie Careyfrom 2006 to 2017 and the coupleshares three children together.

After eight years of marriage, Wong’s rep confirmed to PEOPLE thatshe and her husband were splitting. “It’s amicable and they will continue to co-parent lovingly,” a source told PEOPLE at the time.

The comedian first met Hakuta at a friend’s wedding reception in 2010 and they immediately hit it off. After a few years of dating, the couple wed in San Francisco on Nov. 27, 2014, and later welcomed two daughters, Mari in 2015 and Nikki in 2017.

June 2022: Bill Hader breaks up with Anna Kendrick

Later that year,Hader split from actress Anna Kendrick, whom he had been dating for nearly two years.

News of their romance first broke in January 2022, when a source told PEOPLE that Kendrick and Hader had been “quietly"seeing each other for more than a year. The source added that they didn’t start dating until “well after” they wrapped filming their 2019 Disney Christmas movieNoelle, inwhich they play siblings.

In Wong’s March 2023 feature withThe Hollywood Reporter, the publication noted that thecomedian was briefly linked to Hader in 2022, following her split from Hakuta.

“I need to take a vacation,” theSaturday Night Livealumnus told PEOPLE about his busy schedule. “Yeah. Yeah. I need to take a vacation. My girlfriend and I were talking and she brought it up that I haven’t had a vacation in 10 years, so I think I need to go.”

Shortly after, PEOPLE confirmed thatHader and Wong had reconnectedafter briefly dating in the fall.

In September 2023,Hader and Wong were spotted holding handsafter grabbing smoothies at Erewhon Market in Los Angeles. The pair kept it casual with Wong sporting a white T-shirt, athletic shorts and aviator sunglasses and Hader wearing a black T-shirt, navy shorts and flip-flops.

As Wong took home the Golden Globe for best actress in a limited series, anthology series or a motion picture made for television for her role inBeef,she was shown kissing Haderin the audience before she made her way to the stage.

During her acceptance speech,she gave her ex-husband a shoutout, saying, “I really need to thank the father of my children and my best friend Justin for all of your love and support. It’s because of you that I’m able to be a working mother.” (From the audience, an unbothered Hader shrugged in response to not being mentioned in Wong’s speech.)

After her time at the podium, Wong toldEntertainment Tonight, “I like to keep it peaceful and grateful and amicable” when it comes to the men in her life.

Hader and Wong were later seen cuddling up for photos as they attendedNetflix’s 2024 Golden Globes afterparty at Spago.

January 14, 2024: Bill Hader and Ali Wong attend the Critics Choice Awards

The couple was all smiles as they attended the 2024 Critics Choice Awards together, where Hader was up for best actor in a comedy series and Wong took home best actress in a limited series or movie made for television. After her name was called out, she leaned in to kiss Hader, who then helped her up the steps to accept her award.

January 15, 2024: Bill Hader and Ali Wong attend Netflix’s Emmys afterparty together

The next day, Hader and Wong kept the award show appearances coming as they attended Netflix’s Emmys afterparty together, where they were photographed with Netflix CEO Ted Sarandos.

While walking the red carpet for the award show, Wong briefly opened up about her relationship with Hader, noting that they were “selectively private” about their romance. When asked about the public’s surprised reaction to their kiss at the Golden Globes, Wong laughed it off,telling Access Hollywood, “We’ve been together for a minute so I guess people didn’t know we were together.”

October 8, 2024: Ali Wong shares how she and Bill Hader started dating

In her Netflix special,Single Lady,Wong said that Hader reached out to her as soon as he found out she was getting divorced, having only met him “at, like, two dinner parties” before they connected again.

After a mutual friend gave Hader her number, Wong said that he reached out saying, “Hey, Ali. I just happened to hear the news of your divorce today, and I gotta tell you… I’m excited. I am, Ali, because, look, I have had a crush on you forever, and I actually told my best friend years ago that you were my dream girl. And I know this sounds crazy, but, uh, I want you to be my girlfriend.”

Though she said Hader continued to pursue her, even sending her flowers when she was on a trip to Europe, Wong decided to date around a bit more before ending up with the fellow comedian.

“I did fall in love again. Some of you might know who the guy is. And it just so happens to be the man who sent me all of those flowers in Europe,” she said.
