Blake Livelyis sharing one of her diciest past beauty practices!

Lively first posted aselfieof herself in a bathroom sporting a smokey eye and pink glossy lips with her hair tied back, which appeared to have been taken after attending the2024 CFDA Fashion Awards, as she shared that her makeup artist tried the “Gen Z eyeshadow lip” makeup trick on her.

TheIt Ends with Usstar was referring to the viralmakeup trendof contouring around the lips with eyeshadow before adding lipstick for a plump lip effect.

“But then…” Lively added. She then posted a second bathroomselfieof herself having removed her makeup as she revealed her own past beauty tricks as a “millennial girl.”

“You wash off your makeup and accept that you are a millennial girl who, in high school used to wear lip gloss with alarming amounts of chili peppers inside for a plump because we were THAT committed to bad ideas,” she wrote.

“Turns out eyeshadows are way less painful than Carolina Reapers,” Lively joked, naming the hottest chili pepper in the world, according to theGuinness World Records.

The actress then thanked her makeup artist “for not turning my mouth into an episode of Hot Ones,” referring to the the popular YouTube series where celebrities eat chicken wings with varying degrees of hot sauces.
