Caitlin Clarkis enjoying her first WNBA offseason with a date night with boyfriendConnor McCaffery!
The 22-year-old Indiana Fever star and McCaffery, 26, were spotted sitting courtside at Gainsbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis on Monday, Oct. 14 to support the NBA’s Indiana Pacers in their preseason matchup against the Memphis Grizzlies.
The outing was the first time Clark had been spotted at the arena, which the Fever share with the men’s team, since they were eliminated from the WNBA postseason.
Like Clark, McCaffery, the son of legendary Iowa coach Fran McCaffery, is an Iowa Hawkeyes alum. He worked as a team assistant for the Pacers last season — while hisgirlfriend was selected first overallin the 2024 WNBA Draft — before takingan assistant coaching positionon Butler University’s men’s basketball team this fall.

After Butler announced McCaffery’s new role, Clark excitedly shared the news with her followers on social media, writing, “Yayyy!!! So happy for you 🤍,” alongside the officialpostfrom Butler on her Instagram Story.
Clark is currently enjoying her first offseason after a stellar debut in the WNBA.

After she was named theleague’s rookie of the year, McCaffery, Clark’s Fever teammates and a handful of Pacers players congratulated the WNBA star with celebratory videos on social media.
Clark and the Fever were eliminated from the postseason at the end of September after leading the team to their first playoffs appearance since 2016.
