Kamie Crawford has announced her departure fromCatfishafter six years.
“When I got an email in 2018 from an absolute stranger atCatfish’s production department asking if I wanted to guest co-host two episodes of one of my favorite shows of all time, I never would’ve imagined the life, love, memories, and worldwide support that it would’ve awarded me,” Crawford wrote in an announcement shared onInstagramandX, formerly Twitter.
Being that Schulman, who has been a host on the show since its premiere in 2012, needed a new co-hostfollowing Max Joseph’s departure, Crawford wasofficially given the role in 2020. The cameras followed them as they met people who fell in love online and wanted validation of their lover’s identities.
