Christina Hall Shares Update 'One Month on' amid Divorce from Josh Hall: 'There Is a New Level of Gratitude'

Christina Hallis getting candid about life following the recent announcement of her divorce.

TheChristina on the Coasthost, 41, shared in aposton Friday, Aug. 9, that she has a “new level of gratitude” in a personal update amid her divorce fromJosh Hall.

Christina wrote on her Instagram Stories, “One month later … I finally have my appetite back. I’m exercising again. My kids are happy and our house feels like home. ‘Those poor kids’ adore me … anyone who knows us for real knows this and that’s what matters.”

Speaking about her current outlook on life, Christina explained, “I have a life coach and I made myself and her a promise — I will never ever give away my peace again. I will say — if you’ve ever lost peace and gained it back there is a new level of gratitude for every single moment of life. A huge level of appreciation for the present moments and being present.”

“If that’s the lesson I’ll take it. When you have a positive mindset the rest will work itself out like it always does 🤍🤍,” she concluded.

Christina followed up her message with a sweetphotoof her lying indoors with her sons Brayden, 8, and Hudson, 4, as she wrote, “Perfect Friday Night 🤍.”

More recently, Josh was seen inPEOPLE exclusive photosmoving out of their$12 million Newport Beach, Calif., homeon Aug. 5. This followed his speaking outon Instagramabout the divorce for the first time on Aug. 2. when he said, in part: “I prefer privacy, especially during something as life-changing as a divorce I did not ask for," and added, “I will not publicly badmouth anyone as people have families, friends and others who respect and love them.”

The upcoming house-flipping competition show was initially going to see the former couple face off against Christina’s exTarek, 42, and his new wife,Selling SunsetalumHeather El Moussa, 36.

The show is set to premiere in 2025 and on July 23, multiple sources confirmed to PEOPLE that Christina hadreturned to filming the series, though without her estranged husband.

Meanwhile, on Thursday, Aug. 9, Christina posted a message on her Instagram Stories to those reaching out to her with romantic messages since the news of her divorce.

“Dear men. Your hand written / typed letters are cute but no you will not be my 4th ex husband 🤪," she jokingly wrote as she addressed fans.
