Coco Austin Reveals the Surprising Number of Times She and Ice-T Have Sex Per Week

Coco Austinis spilling the tea on how she keeps her marriage toIce-Thealthy — and fun —after more than two decades.

The reality star met theLaw & Order: SVUstar in 2001 and were married the following year. As they approach their 23rd year of marriage, Austin, 45, said that a “healthy” sex life is one of the secrets behind their success.

“I think you have to keep it up,” she toldE! Newsof her and her husband’s intimacy, before revealing how frequently they are having sex these days.

“I would say good and healthy is three times a week. I think that’s good after 23 years,” she said.

Austin, whoshares 8-year-old daughter Chanelwith Ice-T, also told the outlet that the couple will sometimes “wear a mask” in the bedroom to spice things up.

They also “do a lot of date nights,” which also helps keep the spark alive. “Going to dinner, getting dressed up for each other and picking out what he wants me to wear.”

Ice-T, 66, weighed in, too, as he told the outlet, “When you first get with somebody, you want to have sex, right? If that ever ends, it’s a wrap. When that feeling goes away, forget about it.”

It’s not the first time that the longtime couple have lifted the lid on their bedroom habits. Earlier this year, Ice-T admitted thathe and his wife have “jungle sex"as another means of keeping things interesting.

“That flame has to stay lit. When that flame goes out and you’re not really attracted to each other anymore, you have to address that very quickly because it’s something that’s necessary,” he toldE! News.

Sex aside, he said that their relationship has lasted because they “appreciate each other.”

“We have to be teammates, not opponents, not assets, not liabilities. I value what she brings to me, and I think it’s vice versa,” he said.

“Getting married is like casting for a movie,” he explained. “You got to pick somebody who’s ready for all the scenes. Now, there’s gonna be fun scenes. There’s gonna be sad scenes. There’s gonna be tough scenes. There’s gonna be fight scenes. A lot of people don’t sign up for the whole movie. They just sign up for the good part.”

Sharing a child has also made the couple closer. Ice-Ttold PEOPLE last year that Austin “is super mom, as he praised her for being a stay-at-home mom.

“We have no nannies. She doesn’t do that,” he said. “If you’re fortunate enough to be able to stay home with your kids, it’s the most incredible and most admirable thing you can do, is raise a child.”

“So don’t let no woman make you feel any kind of way. Do that job. So she picks Chanel up, goes to school, brings her back, takes her to Kung Fu, takes her to all that stuff,” he added.

The rapper is also a father to daughter LeTesha, 48, who he shares with his high school girlfriend Adrienne, and son Tracy, 32, with Darlene Ortiz.
