The complaint further alleges that no one from the police department went to the residence for a wellness check and that MK stabbed Spradlin several times following the initial 911 call.

The lawsuit further alleges McKinney Senior called Randy Woods, who was a Prestonsburg police chief at the time of the incident, before the second 911 call, and that Spradlin may have been alive at the time.

The lawsuit also alleges “defendants” at the residence possibly removed security cameras and did not report Spradlin’s death “until after efforts were made to cover up the crime.”
