Sean “Diddy” Combsis accused ofdrugging and sexually assaulting a 10-year-oldaspiring rapper, who claims in a new complaint that the Bad Boy Records founder asked him how “badly he wanted to be a star” before the alleged incident.
His parents flew him fromLos Angelesto New York City for meetings and introductions “with numerous people within the music industry”, including a sit-down with Combs, the complaint says.
He alleges that Combs said he could “make him a star” and asked him how “badly he wanted” it, per the complaint. He claims he responded to Combs that he would “do anything.”
The alleged victim alleges someone else in the hotel room gave him a soda and he began to feel “a little funny” after drinking it. He claims Combs or someone on Combs' staff laced the drinkwith drugssuch as GHB and/or ecstasy, per the complaint.

The accuser claims that Combs then forced him to perform oral sex and threatened to harm his parents if he told anyone. He alleges Combs said words to the effect of “you have to do some stuff you don’t want to do sometimes,” per the complaint.
He also claims he “lost consciousness” and when he woke up crying his “anus and buttocks hurt badly” and his “pants were undone,” according to the complaint.

He adds he told his parents but they “were terrified of the potential consequences of reporting the abuse,” the complaint states.
Along with Combs, the complaint names Daddy’s House Recordings Inc., Combs Global and Combs’Bad Boycompanies.
Buzbee tells PEOPLE in a statement, “We will let the allegations in the filed complaints speak for themselves, and will work to see that justice is done. We will continue to file cases weekly naming Mr. Combs and others as defendants as we continue to gather evidence and prepare the filings.”
The complaints come after Combs wascharged in Septemberwith federal racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution. Hepleaded not guiltyand has been denied bail twice.
He isbeing heldin Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center and is scheduled togo to trialon May 5, 2025.
