Diddy's Mom and Children Attended His Court Hearing in N.Y.C.: 'They Are United in Their Support'

Sean “Diddy” Combs' family traveled to New York City to support the music mogul at hishearing in federal courton Thursday, Oct. 10.

Combs' mother,Janice Combs— who flew in from Florida — and his children were in attendance at the federal courthouse in Manhattan.

“The kids were very happy to support their father," a source close to the family tells PEOPLE. “The whole family was. They are united in their support and he was happy to see them all there.”

At his court appearance, Combs was motionless dressed in tan prison clothing, and stared straight ahead. When he walked out of the holding cell area, he waved at his family in attendance and hugged his attorneys.

Combs has pleaded not guilty to the charges against him and his attorneys have filed an appeal to get him released on bail in advance of his trial, which has been scheduled forMay 2025.
