On Wednesday, Aug. 28, Johnson, 74, shared an adorable photo onInstagramshowing him beaming next to Tippi, 94, who is the mother of his ex-wifeMelanie Griffith.

TheMiami Viceactor wore a bright yellow jacket in the snap, which he teamed with a salmon pink shirt and a red cap.

Meanwhile, Tippi wore a patterned blue top as she held on to her former son-in-law’s arm, finishing off her glam look with a classic red lip.

“Beautiful… my co-star, Tippi Hedren,” Johnson, who previously starred in the 1973 movieThe Harrad Experimentwith Tippi, captioned the shot.

Tippi shares her daughter Melanie, 67, with herex-husband Peter Griffith, and is grandmother to theWorking Girlstar’sfour children: Sons Jesse Johnson and Alexander Bauer and daughtersDakota JohnsonandStella Banderas.

The actressshares Dakota and stepson Jesse with Don, while she welcomed Alexander with ex-husbandSteven Bauer, and Stella with former husbandAntonio Banderas.

Don and Melanie married twice, in 1976 and 1989, before divorcing for the second time in 1996.

Whilespeaking to PEOPLEin 2020, Melanie revealed she’s stayed close with the fathers of her children.

“All three of them are my friends. I love them with all my heart,” she said.

The family makes sure to celebrate one another, and Melanie shared some snaps onInstagramon Jan. 20 marking hermom Tippi turning 94 years oldthe day before.

Melanie shared two photos of her mom; one showing her sporting bold pink lipstick and another snap of the retired actress holding a forkful of cake and rocking some fun birthday glasses that had “CAKE TIME!” written across the top.

“Yesterday Mom aka MorMor turned 94!! Always up for a party! 🎉 💫✨💃🏼 Happy Birthday Mama ♥️ Tippi,” Melanie captioned the post at the time.
