Anna-Marie Crocker, 33, was charged in an amendedcriminal complaintfiled on Nov. 1 in Kenosha County Circuit Court with exposing genitals, exposing a child to harmful material, child enticement and exposing a child to harmful descriptions, per the Kenosha County District Attorney’s Office.
It’s unclear if Crocker has entered pleas and PEOPLE couldn’t immediately identify an attorney who could speak on her behalf.Jail recordsshow she is being held on a $500,000 bond.
According to the criminal complaint, a sheriff’s deputy was called to a home in Twin Lakes, Wis., on Oct. 8, where the caller claimed his 13-year-old son was “forced to have sex with the mother of his friend.”
The 13-year-old alleged the sexual assault happened in the winter time when he was at Crocker’s house for a sleepover with some friends, per the complaint. The boy claimed he was asleep on the couch in the basement when Crocker, who was naked, woke him up and removed his pants before sexually assaulting him, the complaint states.
The boy, who was 12 years old at the time, said the sexual encounter was non-consensual, according to the complaint. He also allegedly told investigators that he repeatedly told Crocker to get off and tried to push her off, but she wouldn’t listen, the complaint states.
The boy said Crocker texted him months after the alleged incident trying to apologize for what happened in the basement and described her as “trying to make him feel guilty,” per the complaint.
The child also claimed that Crocker sexually assaulted him in a parking lot in August, according to the complaint. Crocker allegedly admitted to receiving a sexual video from the boy and saving it, authorities said in the complaint.
The new allegations in the amended complaint accuse Crocker of having sexually inappropriate conversations with two other boys through Snapchat. On Oct. 10, Twin Lakes police spoke with a boy who told a school staff member that Crocker sent him “weird” messages, including videos of herself masturbating with a sex toy and sexual pictures.

The alleged victim said the pair talked for about two weeks and that he eventually blocked Crocker after she said she “liked” that he was 13-years-old, per the complaint. The complaint states the boy said he became “scared” because of what allegedly happened to his friend, who claimed Crocker raped him.
Crocker allegedly asked the boy if he wanted to have sex with her and the two planned to meet at her house on Oct. 11, according to the complaint. The boy claimed he and Crocker exchanged messages in which “sex was inferred” but that he “never went through with it,” the complaint states.
The Kenosha County Sheriff’s Departmentpreviously saidCrocker was a staff member at Riverview Elementary School. According tolocal station WITI, theschool district’s websitestated that Crocker began working as a substitute in 2020 and became a full-time teacher’s aide the next year.
