Elizabeth Hurleyhas revealed her nighttime fashion!

In an interview with U.K. newspaperThe Timespublished on Sunday, Sept. 22, the actress, 59, shared what she wears to bed — including the item she says is a must for those who are “well-endowed.”

“I have a mysteriously perfect duvet that is warm in winter and cool in summer, so I don’t wear anything except for a soft bra, which is essential if you’re well-endowed,” Hurley said.

TheStrictly Confidentialstar didn’t go into detail about what type of bras she sleeps in, but it is recommended to wear a bralette or a soft cotton bra with no underwire as both options will ensure comfortability and avoid skin irritation.

According to theCleveland Clinic, sleeping in a bra can bring a few health benefits, including lessening breast pain, preventing fungal infections and decreasing stretch marks.

TheAustin Powersalum also said if she had to wear one thing for the rest of her life, she would choose jeans due to her casual fashion sense and lifestyle. “I wish I were the sort of girl who wore pretty skirts and dresses, but I have dogs and live in the country so I’m always covered in mud,” she said.

In April, Hurley spoke with PEOPLE inan exclusive interviewabout the iconic gold safety pin Versace dress she wore to the 1994 premiere ofFour Weddings and a Funeral, which featured a plunging neckline, high-leg slit and large gold safety pins running down the side.

“Before I left the house, I bent down and touched my toes and stretched and wiggled and nothing moved, because, you don’t need to know why nothing moves, but they’re all held together somewhere,” she added.
