Girlfriend Says She Asked Boyfriend to Quit Rugby Because It Became the 'Third Person in Our Relationship'

The woman said her boyfriend’s injuries are just part of her reasoning for wanting him to stop playing. He also frequently cancels plans and misses important life moments in favor of hitting the pitch.

She claimed that he even once tried to skip a fundraiser to support her family after their home caught fire in favor of attending a game. He only showed up when the game was canceled.

“I’m glad he coaches and that his students look up to him and that it makes him feel good about himself,” she wrote.

When she informed her boyfriend that she wanted him to leave their home, she said that her boyfriend accused her of being unsupportive.
