Glen Powell Shows Off a Total Transformation in First Look of Hulu's New ComedyChad Powers

Glen Powellis nearly unrecognizable in the upcoming comedy seriesChad Powers.

In the first look at the upcoming Hulu show, theTwistersstar, 35, sports a shaggy hair-do, thin mustache and a seemingly prosthetic nose as he takes on the titular role. In the snapshot, Powell wears a blue nike shirt — embossed with “200” — as well as yellow shorts and an arm sleeve.

“When bad behavior nukes hotshot QB Russ Holliday’s (Powell) college career, he disguises himself and walks onto a struggling Southern football team as the talented, affable Chad Powers,” the official synopsis states.

“Think fast, run fast. Glen Powell is#ChadPowersin Hulu’s new comedy series,” the caption read.

TheTop Gun: Maverickactor also discussed taking over the role from Eli during an appearance onThe Eli Manning Show.

“I don’t know if I like you playing Chad Powers,” Eli teased. “Like, I’m Chad Powers.”

“Yeah, Chad v. Chad, man. Look, I’m not gonna try to outdo you, I’m really gonna try to honor your legacy, but this is what I do,” Powell responded.

After noting that he had been “studying” Eli’s footage — both game day and acting — the Super Bowl winner joked, “All the interceptions, you just got ‘em down?"

Eli even teased Powell about his iconicshirtless football sceneinTop Gun: Maverick.

“We’ve been over this before, you’ve never throw a football covered in coconut oil,” the actor responded and Eli jokingly added, “I thought that’s why they cast you as Chad, just cause we have similar bodies."
