Karen E. Laineis selling the colorful beach bungalow shejust renovated onGood Bones’ recent spinoff, after previously saying she planned to retire there.

The listing’s descriptionon Zillowstates that it’s, “Completely rebuilt starting with the foundation, all the way up to brand new solar panels. This is essentially new construction on a small, quiet street.”

Other highlights include white oak floors, an “efficient” kitchen and a low-maintenance outdoor space.

“The huge second story loft would be perfect for an artist or home business,” the listing adds.

Good Bonesreturned for a three-episode spinoff in August after ending its original eight-season run last year. The limited series focused on “new beginnings” for Laine and her daughter, Mina Starsiak Hawk, as they embarked on separate projects in different states.

Starsiak Hawk has revealed on her podcast,Mina AF,thatthere were tensions between her and her mother, and the pair appear to havefilmed the three new episodes entirely separately.

The second and third installment of the spinoff focused on Karen’s efforts to transform the 120-year-old cottage, while facing various challenges.

Laine explained her decision to make the purchase and relocate from her Indianapolis home to North Carolina during a conversation with three members of the originalGood Bonescrew: MJ Coyle, Cory Miller and Austin Aynes.

“I am tired of Indiana winter,” she told the trio. “And I had this idea: Wouldn’t it be nice to retire in Wilmington?”

“I went there once and I loved it,” she added. “So I went back in January. It was 80 degrees during the day. So I got on the interwebs and I found a house for sale and I bought it.”

Laine initially noted that she had her work cut out for her, adding, “This house is like one of our originalGood Boneshouses — just wretched.”

“It needs a lot of love, but we can fix anything,” she added.

Ultimately, the season finale ended with her showing off what she’d done with the cozy cottage, including a vibrant teal-painted floor.

“I want you to feel like you’re at the beach, with no seashells sign that says ‘life is a beach,’ you know, all those things.”

PEOPLE was not able to reach Laine for comment on her change of heart regarding the house.

The home renovation expert and former attorney alsoreflected on her life since retiring.

Laine started the Indianapolis-based business Two Chicks and a Hammer withStarsiak Hawkin 2007. While Lainestepped backfrom the company five years ago, she continued to appear onGood Bonesalongside her daughter and their team.

“I’m not working for a paycheck anymore,” she said. “I retired in 2019, and I can do anything I want.”
