Heather Rae El Moussa Shows Off Her Amazing Abs and Shares Her ‘Wellness Non Negotiables as a Mama!’

Heather Rae El Moussais serious about her health and wellness.

On Thursday, Sept. 12, theSelling Sunsetalum, 36, showed off her toned abs via social media and shared a bit of insight as to how she got them.

“My wellness non negotiables as a mama!” El Moussa began in anInstagram carousel.

The post showed the reality star — who shares son Tristan, 1, with her husbandTarek El Moussa— posing in a pink cheetah print workout set as she looked down, smiling at her sculpted abs.

Tarek also shares daughterTaylor, 13, and son Brayden, 9,with ex-wifeChristina Hall.

Despite having a young son and being a bonus mom to her spouse’s two children, Heather Rae said she makes sure to stick to a solid routine.

“Working out: I prioritize working out with my trainer@paulinastein3 days a week for 30-50 minutes. If we can’t meet in person, we will FaceTime or ill use her app@paulinafitnessstudio,” she wrote.

She added that “Electrolytes and Vegan Collagen Powder” are what she takes in the morning for daily vitamins, and at night she takes a supplement.

“I SWEAR BY IT! It’s completely changed my gut and my bloating. Let me know if you want me to share!” she continued.

Heather Rae and Tarek recently had a family day with their boys at Disneyland in Anaheim, Calif. During the outing, the couple joked that they weren’t “doing so good” in the heat.

“So we might’ve picked the hottest day of the year. OK, we picked the hottest day of the year, it’s gonna get high of 104 [degrees],” Heather Rae shared in a video posted to her Instagram Stories. “We’re not doing so good.”

Before the outing was over, they found a way to beat the heat.

“We just went on a wet water ride so we’re cooling off a little bit,” she added.
