“Can’t believe we get to witness the greatest swimmers in the world. Disclaimer: we looked like this at every Olympic event,” theSNLstars captioned this fun selfie.

In between Olympic events, the ladies stopped for a bite to eat at a Paris cafe.

“Don’t let the foam fool you. It’s Celsius,” Gardner admits in the caption for this picture.

Nwodim jokes, “If only there was Team USA Twerking Competition…I still wouldn’t medal but dammit I’d try my best!”

“Was informed this is how I watch men’s gymnastics,” Gardner says of her excited reaction. Perhaps she was witnessing the inception of pommel horse king Stephen Nedoroscik’s routine?

Just before leaving for Paris, Nwodim told PEOPLE, “If Steph is playing on the days that I’m there, I’m absolutely going to show up for him,” of the 36-year-old gold medalist. Nwodim also shared that she’s been “getting into basketball” recently.

“I’ve spent the last year trying to learn more about the sport, and I went to Steph’s shooting practice while we were shootingMr. Throwbackon our last day,” said Nwodim.
