Jean Smartis back on the red carpet and looking more stylish than ever.
During the ceremony, Smart won for outstanding actress in a comedy series for her role onHacksas a legendary comic named Deborah Vance who is attempting to stay relevant with the help of young, struggling comedy writer Ava (Hannah Einbinder, who is up for outstanding supporting actress in a comedy). TheDesigning Womenvet previously nabbed Emmys for her portrayal of Deborah in2021and2022.

Smart’s return to the Emmy red carpet comes after the star took some time off torecover from a heart procedurein 2023. In February of that year, she shared a message to her followers on Instagram about her health scare.
“February is American Heart Month – a time when the nation spotlights heart health, so it feels important to share with all of you that I am recovering from a recent successful heart procedure,” she wrote.
“I am fortunate to have excellent care and support from family and friends while I continue to recuperate,” the actress continued. “Please listen to your body and talk to your doctor – I’m very glad I did!”
