Jennifer Lopezis maintaining her bond withBen Affleck’s children amid their divorce.

A source tells PEOPLE that the singer and actress, 55, whofiled for divorcefrom Affleck, 52, in August, continues to communicate with his kids Violet Anne, 18, Seraphina Rose, 15, and Samuel, 12, whom he shares with ex-wifeJennifer Garner.

“Jennifer is doing well. She doesn’t dwell on the past,” the insider says of theUnstoppablestar. “She’s so grateful for everything that she has. The divorce is still being worked out.”

The source adds, “Jennifer keeps in touch with the Affleck kids. Her whole family loves them. She wants them to know that they can always reach out if they need anything at all.”

Meanwhile, Affleck called his ex “spectacular” while speaking about her work in the upcoming wrestling biopicUnstoppable, which stars Lopez.
