Jersey Shore: Sammi Details Her 'Very Scary' IVF Journey as Snooki Explores Her Adoption in Season 7 Trailer (Exclusive)

Jersey Shore: Family Vacationis back, and there’s no shortage of drama!

In PEOPLE’s exclusive sneak peek at part 2 of season 7, the group questionsAngelina Pivarnick’s relationship,Nicole “Snooki” Polizzidigs deeper into her heritage andSammi “Sweetheart” Giancolareveals a big secret she’s been keeping.

The preview kicks off with the crew — all dressed in Versace — walking hand in hand. The next scene shows Angelina with a female stripper, asDeena Nicole Corteseshouts to her husband, “I’m not getting any numbers from any strippers this time!”

Flashes of play-fighting, someone being thrown into a pool and partying on a yacht appear on the screen before the locations where the group will be heading are revealed, including Las Vegas, New York, Miami and… the Apocalypse?

As the cast follows tradition and moves into a house together for part of the summer — a placeJenni “JWoww” Farleyjokingly calls the “underground bunker” in “the middle of nowhere” —Vinny Guadagninodeems it “the Apocalypse."

Meanwhile,Paul “Pauly D” Delvecchiojokes, “Who’s gonna be the first sacrifice?”

Fans then get a sweet look into the birth ofMike “The Situation” Sorrentino’snewest additionto the family as his wifeLaurengives birth. “We’re gonna come back with your little sister,” he tells his other children.

In another moment, Sammi tearfully reveals that she has been undergoing IVF, saying, “Nobody knows what I’ve been going through. It’s really just very scary.”

Meanwhile, Snooki decides to explore her adoption story with the support of her friends. “Everybody deserves to know where they come from,” Angelina tells her.

After she notes that “this could be a huge, life-changing year,” the camera cuts to her questioning Angelina and her fiancéVinny Tortorella.

“Do you guys wanna be together?” Snooki asks, to which Angelina hesitantly replies, “I don’t know.”

The pair are then seen arguing, with Tortorella shouting, “The whole time I didn’t stick up for myself with you because you’re a beast!”

“What?” Angelina reacts.

Later, JWoww says, “I’d never get clout off of someone else’s tears,” seemingly referring to Angelina’s fiancé.

“She doesn’t care because she’s over it,” Vinny replies.

Elsewhere in the trailer, a scene of the friends arguing is shown, with Snooki pointing a finger at Angelina and yelling, “You need to be f—ing accountable for what you say!”

“There’s some beef over here,” Mike says as he removes himself from the situation.

At a dinner, Sammi also goes after Angelina, saying, “You have yet to once look at me and say, ‘I’m so sorry,’” before Snooki tells someone, “Get out of my room!”

“I haven’t seen them this upset in a very long time,” Sammi tells the confessional.

Back at dinner, Angelina responds to Sammi, telling her, “Don’t act like I’m stupid, sweetie. I’m an A f—ing student.”

Next, Vinny is shown saying, “There is a war going on.” Another scene of JWoww ringing a bell and Vinny saying she is “taking it to another level” leads to him telling her, “Get off your high horse.”

Leaving no time for peace, Snooki then tells Sammi to “hold my earrings,” before Mike tells the group, “You’ve gotta handle this beef. It’s a problem now, because there might not be any family left.”

Then, “Justin has an announcement,” leaving Sammi speechless. “Why would you do this?” she asks him.

In the final moments of the trailer, Angelina’s issues with her fiancé are put on display and fans get a quick re-appearance fromRonnie Ortiz-Magro.

Snooki finally decides to confront Tortorella, telling him, “You are using Angelina. You don’t love her.” He then snaps back, “F— you to tell me I don’t love her.”

Ahead of the trailer’s release, Sammi recently sat down with PEOPLE to discuss her fertility struggles, revealing that her IVF journey with fiancéJustin Mayhas been years in the making.

“I just wanted to keep it a secret for a really long time, even though I know I’m being filmed,” she says. “Because I was just scared to be out to them and, if it’s not what I thought, am I strong enough to be able to tell everybody that it didn’t work — like my family, my friends, my cast members?”

Only recently rejoining the show in season 6, Sammi admits she realized she had to choose between leaving or opening up about her IVF.

“Everybody puts their personal stuff out there, and I was just nervous about the whole thing, but I’m like, ‘Okay, now I guess it’s my turn to just say what I’m actually really going through,’” she explains.
