Angelina Pivarnickhas resolved her latest legal issues in court.
On Oct, 2, theJersey Shorestar, 38, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct after a domestic violence incident that occurred at her Freehold Township home in New Jersey in June, which according to her attorney is a “non-criminal offense in New Jersey.”
According to theAsbury Park Press, a judge ruled for a conditional dismissal of the disorderly conduct charge, meaning that the charge would be dismissed under the condition the television personality meets certain probational requirements over the course of a year.
Though the conditions were unnamed, Pivarnick’s guilty plea will be expunged from her record so long as she adheres to the requirements. The outlet also reported that the judge granted the prosecutor’s motion to dismiss the four other charges including: obstruction of the administration of law, resisting arrest, simple assault and criminal mischief.
