Del Rey, 39,married her alligator tour guide husband, 49, in Louisiana on Thursday, Sept. 26, but the marriage license has just been signed and returned to the Lafourche Parish Clerk of Court on Friday, Oct. 18, per theAssociated Press.
The documents revealedJustinandHailey Bieber’s pastor Judah Smith, 46, officiated the wedding, per the AP.

This isn’t the first time fans have seen a link between Del Rey and Smith, as she included a song titled “Judah Smith Interlude” on her 2023 album,Did You Know That There’s a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd.
The Biebersalso remain close to Smith, who is a pastor on the leadership team at Churchome in Los Angeles, and has long guided the couple.
“Justin and Hailey are really involved in their church community,” an insider close to Justintold PEOPLEin July.

The license listed a residence for the pair in Des Allemands, where they got married, the AP added.

The nuptials came three days after PEOPLE stated thecouple had obtained a marriage licensefrom the Lafourche Parish Clerk of Court on Sept. 23.
After they obtained the license they had 30 days from the date they applied to get married.

The source said the location meant a lot to the couple, as it’s “where they first met.”
“It’s a special place for them,” the insider said, adding, “It was a beautiful, relaxed and family-focused wedding. The focus was just on their love story.”

The source told PEOPLE that the pair “reconnected earlier this year” after their first meeting in Louisiana several years ago, seemingly referring to the photos Del Rey shared with Dufrene onFacebookin 2019 when she took one of his alligator tours.
The insider added: “It’s been kind of a whirlwind romance, but Lana’s close friends hoped she would get married. Jeremy is different from the men that Lana meets in the entertainment world. He’s a great guy. He’s charming and charismatic in a Southern way, very much a gentleman and he treats Lana really well. She’s an old soul."
