Katie Holmesrecently came together with costarsPatricia ClarksonandDerek Luke, plus writer-directorPeter Hedges, for a screening and Q&A for their 2003 Thanksgiving dramedy, held at the Paris Theater in New York City on Aug. 26.

“So many beautiful memories making this film and a new one made tonight,” she added.

Holmes recently spoke about another former costar, Obi Ndefo, whom she starred with onDawson’s Creek. Obidied at the age of 51, his sister Nkem Ndefo announced in a Facebookposton Aug. 31.

Obi played Bodie, the brother-in-law of Holmes' lead character Joey Potter, on the WB teen drama, which ran for six seasons from 1998 to 2003.

“He was wonderful to work with and such a kind man. I send prayers and grace to his family. Rest in Peace,” Holmes wrote under a photo of Humes, 70, and Obi, including a heart emoji.
