Ahead of Rocky’s Disney bash,Kris Jenneralso posteda birthday tributeonline for her youngest grandson.

“Happy birthday to our precious Rocky!! I can’t believe you are already a year old!” the momager, 69, captioned anInstagram carousel.

“It feels like just yesterday that we were welcoming you to the world. You are grandchild number 13 and the most precious little smiley boy I have ever met!! I can’t wait to watch you grow up and I am so thankful to God that He chose me to be your grandma. Rocky is the first child of Kardashian and the Blink-182 rocker, 48. The reality star also sharesMason,PenelopeandReignwith her exScott Disick, while Barker is father toson Landon, daughter Alabama and stepdaughter Atiana, all of whom he shares with ex-wifeShanna Moakler.
