Lance Bass Celebrates Twins Violet and Alexander's Third Birthday with *NSYNC-Inspired Party: 'It's Gonna Be THRAYY!!'

Lance Bass’twins are another year older!

On Tuesday, Oct. 8, the *NSYNC star, 45, shared photos from his twins Violet and Alexander’s third birthday partyon his Instagram. In the sweet family photos, Bass and husband Michael Turchin can be seen posing with their kids in front of a sign that appeared to read “It’s Gonna Be Three” — a play on *NSYNC’s song “It’s Gonna Be Me” — as the toddlers sit next to their respective cakes.

Violet wears a purple sweatshirt and blue jeans, sitting next to her teal birthday cake, while her brother Alexander wears a gray sweatshirt and blue jeans, posing next to a red cake. The party featured newTile Townplaysets from Moose Toys, including the Tile Town Pet Clinic and Rescue and the Fire Station.

“It’s gonna be THRAYYY!!! Thanks to@MooseToys, the birthday fun is in full swing,” Bass wrote in his caption. “Tile Town, cake, and two happy toddlers—what more could you ask for?”

“Violet, what’s the name of Baba’s friends?” the person asked the toddler, prompting her to excitedly reply, “JC,” referring to Bass' former bandmateJC Chasez.

Turning the camera back on Violet, who was wearing dinosaur-print pajamas, he asked his daughter, “Can you show the ‘Bye Bye Bye’ hand?” and further prompted her, “Can you make it move?” so she could show off her skills.

Speaking with PEOPLE in March, Bassopened up about raising his twins, saying that there’s something new each day.

“I feel like every day is a different milestone, and it is just incredible,” Bass said. “They’re in school now, which I think is really insane — they’re little people now.”

“They can communicate with you. You’re having these conversations, and it’s just so surreal to think just two years ago, which seems like yesterday, they were just little blobs on the couch and couldn’t do anything,” he continued.

Added Bass: “Now they’re being little stinkers trying to aggravate you. It’s just been the most rewarding thing ever.”
