Landon Barkerwas unaware of the nature of aSean “Diddy” Combs-themed party he was spotted at earlier this week, a source tells PEOPLE.

Aftercelebrating his 21st birthdaywith dadTravis BarkerandKourtney Kardashianat Nobu in Malibu, Calif., photos shared online showed Landon at another venue that same evening, when a party centered around the Bad Boy Records founder, 54, was taking place.

Harriet’s Rooftop did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.

Combs was previouslyindicted for alleged sex crimes, including sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution, last month.

He pleaded not guilty and currently remains at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, N.Y.
