Addressing rumors on social media, she says her slimdown is not due toOzempic, an FDA-approved prescription medication for people with type 2 diabetes.“Everyone’s saying I am on Ozempic. I did try Ozempic. Back in the spring, I tried it for two weeks, I think. And unfortunately, I think it’s an amazing thing, but it made me so sick I couldn’t take it,” Jiles tells PEOPLE. “Trust me, I would take it if I could.”“But it was just all me,” she says.Jiles explains that her weight fluctuates, and during her time on the Netflix dating series, she was in the midst of her weight loss journey. I just really tried hard.”“Since [the show], I’ve gotten Botox, I’ve gotten lip injections, got hair extensions, I’ve done things like that. But I haven’t changed who I am or have done anything. Now, she’s figured out a healthy relationship with food and exercise and it’s gotten her results.“I still don’t really like working out, but I just try to move as much as possible. And if I can do Pilates or yoga, that’s the best I can do because I’m not going running.
