Teethis an adaptation of the 2007 horror comedy of the same name.
The movie, which has garnered a fan-favorite following over the years since its release, tells the story of a high school girl named Dawn who, after becoming the object of sexual violence, discovers she has a physical advantage in the form of teeth in her genitals that help her bite back at the men in her world — literally.
The musical mimics the story seen on screen, describing itself in an official release as, “a sharp tale of revenge and transformation that tears through a culture of shame and repressed desire one delightfully unhinged song at a time.”
