A manwho was 10 years oldwhen he saysSean “Diddy” Combs sexually assaulted him still suffers from night terrors nearly 20 years after the alleged abuse, according to a complaint.
Combs then allegedly forced the plaintiff to perform oral sex and said something to the effect of “you have to do some stuff you don’t want to do sometimes,” the complaint states.
After losing consciousness, the accuser claims that when he woke up his “anus and buttocks hurt badly” and his “pants were undone.”
The boy told his parents about the abuse when he returned but they were “terrified” of the consequences of reporting it, according to the complaint.
The complaint was filed 19 years after the alleged abuse, but the plaintiff claims the effects have lingered and continue to cause him harm.
“Plaintiff has suffered and continues to suffer from severe depression and anxiety, which leaves him hopeless and fatigued,” the complaint states. “When in situations that remind him of the incident, he feels a strong sense of panic.”
“He battles fears and night terrors regularly,” the complaint claims.

“As Mr. Combs’ legal team has emphasized, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus,” an attorney for the music mogul said in a statement. “That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors. He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation.”
Buzbee issued a statement to PEOPLE saying: “We will let the allegations in the filed complaints speak for themselves, and will work to see that justice is done. We will continue to file cases weekly naming Mr. Combs and others as defendants as we continue to gather evidence and prepare the filings.”
