Mark Hamillhad family around to support him on the red carpet at theToronto International Film Festival.

At the Roy Thomson Hall on Sunday, Sept. 8, Hamill, 72, posed with his wifeMarilou Yorkand their daughter Chelsea at the world premiere of his animated filmThe Wild Robot.

The couple, who married in 1978, have three adult children:Chelsea,NathanandGriffin.

Aside from Hamill, the voice cast includes Lupita Nyong’o, Pedro Pascal, Catherine O’Hara, Bill Nighy, Kit Connor, Stephanie Hsu, Matt Berry and Ving Rhames.

Hamill is also at TIFF to support his movieThe Life of Chuck, a Stephen King adaptation. He shared a photo on Instagram of himself at the Sept. 6 world premiere, looking excited as he sat next to King, 76.

In February, theStar Warsactor celebrated his wife on her birthday,writingon Instagram, “Marilou, you are my forever dream & are younger in spirit today than when I first met you. May you have the happiest of birthdays.”

On their 45th wedding anniversary in December 2023, Hamillwrotethat he is “eternally grateful” that Marilou said “I do,” and the actor called her the “Love Of My Life.”
