Mark Wahlbergis showing off a sweet tribute to his wife.
While appearing on the Monday, Aug. 12 episode ofJimmy Kimmel Live, the 53-year-old actor told guest hostJeff Goldblumthat his “only remaining tattoo” was a ring finger tattoo dedicated to his wife,Rhea Durham.
“That’s my wife’s name,” Wahlberg said as the camera zoomed in on the ink. “In case I’m not wearing my ring or I’m working, I can always have.”
The actor explained that he got the name tattoo “on Valentine’s Day one year.““She said, ‘That’s the nicest thing you’ve ever done,'” he recalled of his wife’s reaction to the gesture.Wahlberg then joked, “I said, ‘Well can I have back the expensive jewelry and just get you one of these too?'“Wahlberg and Durham first met at a press junket in 2001 and tied the knot in 2009. They share four children: daughters Ella and Grace and sons Michael and Brendan.

TheTedstar also told Goldblum, 71, that the finger tattoo is “the only remaining tattoo I have. I got all the other tattoos removed.”
When the guest host asked Wahlberg if tattoo removal was painful, he replied, “Terribly painful.”

He later talked about the removal process withE! News, saying that he had warned hisSpenser ConfidentialcostarPost Maloneabout the pain. “I told him, eventually he’s gonna want to remove his and it’s gonna be painful,” he said in the February 2020 interview. “It’s more painful taking them off.”
