Two is better than one!

Jamie OtisandDoug Hehnerhave welcomed twin sons, making theMarried at First Sightalums officially parents of four. The couple, who shared the news exclusively with PEOPLE, are also parents to daughter Henley Grace “Gracie”, 7, and son Hendrix Douglas, 4.

Hawkins Tyler Hehner was born at 6:05 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 18, weighing 6 lbs., 4 oz. and measuring 19.9 inches long. He was born head first and cried right away.

His twin brother, Huxley James Hehner, was born at 6:08 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 18, and weighed 6 lbs., 8 oz., measuring 19.7 inches long. He was a breech delivery and had the umbilical cord wrapped around his neck, but was healthy and strong, Otis tells PEOPLE.

“We’ve had great care at Sarasota Memorial Hospital. All the nurses and doctors have been amazing.”

The couple also shared a few adorable photos with PEOPLE as the newly-minted family of six spent their first few moments together.

HehnerandOtiswill be sharing more videos from their hospital stay, the delivery and their life as a family of six on their joint YouTube channel,Hanging with the Hehners.

“I’m pregnant. After three years. I am pregnant,” Otis tearfully said in the video before it switched to her and her husband together.

“I’m a little bit in shock, a lot a bit in disbelief,” Otis said. “It is incredible, amazing. We prayed on it,” added Hehner.

“It’s been a long journey to get here,” Otis told PEOPLE exclusively of the couple’s happy news. “But I really believe that everything does happen in God’s perfect timing.”

A month later in March, the couple found out they were expecting not one, but two babies. “I’ve always wanted to be a twin mommy,” Otis exclusively told PEOPLE at the time.

“My little sister and brother are twins,” she continued, “but my mom said it’d skip my generation and go to my kiddos, so I never expected I’d end up with twins!”

“After 3+ years of trying, we didn’t think we could be any more excited than simply finding out we are finally pregnant again and the pregnancy is healthy,” shared Otis. “BUT TWO! We are over the moon excited (and a wee bit scared! Ha!).”
