In a video, Smith can be seen stacking pink frosted donuts on top of a cake stand, placing teal, purple and pink candles throughout the stack.“Rumble turned 4 🥺,” Smith wrote across the video. “Donut towers have been a birthday tradition and the kids look forward to it every time.“She also included a snap of the birthday set-up, which included teal and blue streamers, a mermaid-inspired birthday sign and mermaid plates. It felt like a natural thing: Yeah, I think I’m ready to have kids.
