While speaking withEntertainment Tonighton Oct. 15 ahead of this year’s show, she recalled “secretly” having her daughter, Lea De Seine Shayk Cooper, whom she shares with Bradley Cooper, in her belly at that show in Paris.

She playfully added that now she’s “back!”

Years ago, an insider told PEOPLE that some of Shayk’s outfits for the show were “less revealing in the stomach.”

The insider added, “Seeing the news after the show, it made sense. No one suspected backstage, that’s for sure! She looked as beautiful as ever.”

Shayk gave birth in March 2017.

As a curve model, Graham is outspoken about representation in fashion, and she’s happy to take up the mantle at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. She’s all about showing off her curves and owning her sexy.

She did tell PEOPLE, though, that the first look the brand gave her during her fitting was a little too revealing, even for her.

“The first thing they gave me was this tiny, tiny little underwear, and I said, ‘Hello, I just had three children,'” she told PEOPLE exclusively. “Even though it was like two years ago, but I was like, ‘Is there any more we can put on?’ So then I got a bodysuit and I feel really sexy in it, and then when the wings came out, that’s when I was like, ‘Oh yeah, I feel like an Angel. This is hot.'”

And we’re back! Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show day has finally arrived. The models have all arrived in New York and spent the morning in hair and makeup. We got a sneak peek at the prep and saw everyone from Barbara Palvin to Valentina Sampaio getting their skin dewy and their hair fluffed to perfection.
