Meredith Marksis loving the results of her third breast reduction.
On Oct. 23, theReal Housewives of Salt Lake Citystar, 52, gave an update on her recovery while attending the 2024 American Ballet Theatre Fall Gala.
“I’m feeling great! I’m so happy!” she toldPageSix, boasting that she “can wear normal clothes” without having to alter “two sizes on the waist and hips from the bust.”
“It was a really wonderful experience, and I was with Dr. Rosenberg in LA. He’s amazing,” she added. “I could not be happier, quite honestly.”
Marks first shared that she would be getting the breast reduction in September during an appearance on Page Six’sVirtual Reali-Teapodcast, explaining that she has a “weird” medical condition that causes her breasts to never stop growing.
“My breast tissue doesn’t stop growing,” the Bravo star said.
“It’s wild,” she admitted. “Seriously, I have this weird issue and I’m hoping this is [my final breast reduction]. I never wanted to be that big. I was always supposed to be a small C.”

Marks couldn’t give a definite answer as to why her breasts continue to grow, adding that the issue could be “hormonal.”
When asked if there was a potential that she would get a fourth reduction if her breasts continued to grow, she replied: “Unless I want to look matronly.”
At the time, a rep for Marks told PEOPLE, “Meredith is absolutely thrilled with her results from Dr. Rosenberg in Los Angeles. She’s crossing her fingers that the third time really is the charm and that her breast tissue — clearly on a mission — finally decides to take a break, at least for a few years!”
