Sean 'Diddy' Combs Accused of Drugging and Sexually Assaulting 39-Year-Old Man Who Blacked Out: Complaint

The plaintiff alleges in the complaint that he attended the party with friends and was given a drink that made him disoriented and lose control of his body. He then blacked out.

Upon regaining consciousness, the man says he found himself in a “dark bedroom with black walls, on a bed with black sheets,” according to the complaint. The plaintiff alleges he then realized Combs “on top of him, sodomizing him.”

The man claims he then fought off the music mogul and fled to a bathroom before leaving the party.

The latest filings include one from another man who claims Combs raped him in Miami in 2022 and an 18-year-old woman who alleges she was drugged and made to perform oral sex on Combs and other unnamed men in 2001. while the mogul sprayed champagne on her.

The Bad Boy Records founder has now been named a defendant in scores of complaints, a flood of which began last November, when his ex,Casandra “Cassie” Ventura, accused him of abuse. The suit was settled a day after being filed.

The spate of accusations comes as Combs isfacing criminal chargesin federal court. He is currently behind bars following a September indictment on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution.

His criminal trial is currently scheduled for May 2025.
