Suki Waterhouse Was 'Manifesting' Opening for Taylor Swift's Eras Tour, and It's Happening: 'Dreams Can Come True'

Suki Waterhousemanifested her opening act gig onTaylor Swift’s Eras Tour.

In an interview withRolling Stonepublished on Tuesday, Aug. 13, the “Supersad” singer, 32, shared her reaction tolearning she would be opening for Swift, 34, at the Grammy-winner’s Aug. 17 Eras Tour stop at Wembley Stadium in London.

“I was dreaming, dreaming, dreaming of this happening,” she told the outlet. “I was manifesting super hard. So when [I found out], I was like, yes, dreams can come true.”

Swift announcedthat Waterhouse and four other female artists — Sofia Isella on Aug. 15,Holly Humberstoneon Aug. 16,Maisie Peterson Aug. 19 andRayeon Aug. 20 — would be opening shows during her five Wembley concerts, in addition to returning openerParamore, who leads into the “Fortnight” singer’s set. She shared the news via her Instagram Stories on Aug. 5.

“Just wanted to tell you about something coming up that I’ve been so excited about: we’re adding 5 incredible artists to our 5 Wembley shows, going on right before @paramore!!” Swift wrote at the time.

She added: “I asked them to play on this tour because I love their music and I think they’ll absolutely smash it in Wembley Stadium!! Go check out their music if you haven’t already. Gonna be a fun 5 nights!!!”

Waterhouse shared her excitement across her social media after Swift’s announcement, captioningan Instagram postfeaturing an Eras Tour post for the show’s Aug. 17 stop, “It feels like an honour to simply exist at the same time as @taylorswift, let alone be an opener for her on the biggest and best tour ever 😭😭😭.”

The actress added, “A dream come true that I never want to wake up from. Playing at wembley stadium in my hometown!!! See you august 17th at THE ERAS TOUR.”
